At the close of escrow, 15% of the buyer's or listing commission will be donated to the Parent Teacher Association (PTA) of any school of your choice. The following conditions apply:

1. The buyer or seller that is interested in the 15% PTA Realty Rebate must request the rebate before signing the exclusive buyer representation agreement or the exclusive authorization and right to sell agreement. 

2. 15% realty commission will be paid only after the close of escrow.

3. The 15% PTA Realty Rebate applies only to either the listing or the buyer's side of the transaction.

4. Buyer or seller must sign an exclusive buyer representation agreement or the exclusive authorization and right to sell agreement with Countywide Realty Corp.

5. PTA Realty Rebate applies only to the San Diego county area. Call me for the possibilty of other California counties.
