At the close of escrow, 15% of the realtor's commission will be donated to any charity or non-profit of your choice. Below is a partial list of acceptable charities. The following conditions apply:

1. The buyer or seller that is interested in the 15% Charity Realty Rebate must request the rebate before signing the exclusive buyer representation agreement or the exclusive authorization and right to sell agreement. 

2. 15% realty commission will be paid only after the close of escrow.

3. The 15% Charity Realty Rebate applies only to either the listing or the buyer's side of the transaction.

4. Buyer or seller must sign an exclusive buyer representation agreement or the exclusive authorization and right to sell agreement with Countywide Realty Corp.

5. Charity Realty Rebate applies only to San Diego, Orange, Riverside, and Los Angeles counties. Call me for the possibility of other California counties.
